It runs the inspection as a fixed workflow: sign in, open device management, query exceptions, read the results and judge each one against your rules.
What you get
A record for every check: what the agent did, what it saw, why it flagged something, and a screenshot of the page.
What it doesn’t do
It doesn’t fix devices or close tickets on its own. In the recorded demo, a later cross-system lookup didn’t complete. Follow-up stays with your team.
